Every year, the gap between The Seaside School standard of excellence and the funding provided by the state seems to grow more and more. There are either funding cuts or we simply want more for the students. In any case, the shortfall is significant each and every year.

Please know that your support is needed and appreciated! Whether you’re a runner, volunteer, sponsor, or just come for the weekend you are supporting a fantastic community event.

Your contributions allow students to have elective classes in gardening, music, art, technology, dance, yearbook, smaller math classes, and an award winning robotics program. Great things are happening at the school – Thanks to you!


Male and Female winners of the Half Marathon receive a 2 night stay at the luxurious Water Color Inn and Resort on the Gulf of Mexico along with a special wine goblet designed and created by glass artist Russ Gilbert, owner of Fusion Art Glass.
